what to expect in your first class

No worries if you’ve never tried bungee fitness — we’ve got you covered! Here’s how your first class will go:

  1. Arrive 15 minutes early.
    We’ll get you fitted into your harness and make sure your setup is customized to your height and weight.
  2. Meet your instructor.
    Our certified coaches will walk you through every move — no experience needed!
  3. Take flight.
    Learn basic techniques like squats, jumps, and flight drills while getting your heart rate up and your smile on.
  4. Cool down & celebrate.
    You just completed your first flight! Don’t forget to snap a photo — we love sharing your success on social.

Pro tip: Wear leggings or long bottoms, tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle.
