This is where you start! We teach you basic techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, jumps, pushups and flight skills added with cardio intervals. This class will get the heart rate up, while having fun. We recommend taking this class twice or as often as you need until you feel comfortable with these basic movements and Fly High terminology before moving on to our Level 2 class.
This is only AFTER you have taken 2 or more Level 1 classes. We dive into more challenging skills than our intro/level 1 class, as it increases skillsets and cardio for those ready to take on more routines. Build on your basics and learn more flight skills as we challenge you towards learning more advanced skills. We will be doing repetitive techniques with mixed dance routines to get you ready for Fly High Level 3! Dig deeper to fly higher.
You have a full understanding of the movement vocabulary, allowing you to push your cardio and resistance higher while taking you to a whole new level of bungee fitness. This class is packed with a lot of high-flying and jumping to bring your cardio up to peak performance.
You are ready for this class ONLY AFTER you have mastered basic fly footwork and learned the required level 2 techniques. We require you to take Level 2 a minimum of eight times, BEFORE advancing to Level 3. This is to help avoid frustration and injury.
In this class, we are in fat burning mode the entire workout, so get ready to burn some major calories!
This is our highest and most advanced class. To attend this class, you must have perfected the basic fly footwork as well as our advanced techniques.
To prevent injury and frustration, a minimum of eight Level 3 classes are REQUIRED for you to attend the LEVEL 4 class.
Bungee Bootcamp incorporates Bungee Fitness with light weight dumbbells for a full body cardio blast, strength training, and calorie burning. One Level 2 class is required before taking.
Bounce in and out with this 35 minute mini trampoline workout! Rebounding is the perfect way to get a great, quick cardio workout. This is a low-impact, high intensity workout that not only works out the body, but has great detox benefits. The lymphatic system relies on physical movement, gravity, and muscular contraction to properly detox, and rebounding is the perfect way to do that. This workout also helps the pelvic floor muscles to improve bladder incontinence. Don’t underestimate what this workout can do for you! It’s quick, it’s fun, and it works!
