A: Because there are a limited number of bungee stations available, we suggest clients to pre-book online.  To book, download the MindBody app and search “Fly High Bungee Fitness”.  You are always welcome to walk in to see if we have any spots available but please make sure you arrive 15 minutes before class starts.

A: We recommend wearing leggings or bike shorts, a high impact sports-bra, and a fitted shirt/tank top with non-slip tennis shoes.  If you are concerned about sweat marks, black is most forgiving!

A: No, we do not have childcare available and children are not permitted to stay and observe a class.  Pets are also not permitted.

A: Your first class will be an Intro to Bungee class also called Level 1. You will fill out a questionnaire and waiver. We will privately weigh you so we can correctly fit you for a harness and find out how many bungees are right for you.  You will then learn simple skills and how to trust the bungee. Occasionally new clients experience discomfort from the harness.  However, we do provide extra padding until you get used to wearing a harness.

A: We ask that you do bring your own water.  However, we will have water available for purchase in case you forget it.  Other than that, just come ready to have fun!

A: You MUST take Level 1 before moving on to our other class options (except rebound or Silver Fliers).  This eliminates skill frustration, and will aid in injury prevention. Level 2 is 3X the intensity of level 1, and you must know the basic footwork before moving on.that, just come ready to have fun!

A: Absolutely! We suggest guys to wear long workout pants, sweat pants, or longer gym shorts. You may also want to wear protective gear for strapping into a harness.
